I Tested the Top Paint for Letterbox Numbers and the Results Were Impressive

It earned its ranking through sheer volume of inclusive supplies, giving you a massive 16x20in canvas and a sturdy frame right out of the box. If you want a complete project that keeps your hands busy for hours, this kit delivers impressive value.

I really appreciate the inclusion of six brushes, which lets you swap tools easily without constantly washing bristles between tight spots. The main limitation here is the oversized canvas, which feels a bit cumbersome if you only need to paint a few small house numbers.

This kit works best for crafters who love floral scenes and want a manageable weekend project without a massive commitment. The compact format makes it exceptionally friendly for kitchen tables or small desks.

In my judgment, the inclusion of a mini easel adds wonderful convenience for painting posture. I would note that the smaller 8×12 inch canvas might frustrate people who struggle with microscopic details.

The most interesting feature here is the custom photo upload service that transforms personal images into a framed painting experience. You get a customized DIY set on a stretched canvas rather than a generic landscape.

I think this personalization makes a wonderful gift, provided you submit a high-resolution image to start with. The slight drawback is that custom processing times add extra days before the package actually arrives at your door.

The most common buyer complaint centers on confusing digital proofs, but once you clear that hurdle, the kit yields a remarkably personal keepsake. You supply a favorite photograph, and the company breaks it down into a numbered 12×16 grid.

I find the resulting portrait surprisingly touching for family milestones, even if the color mixing requires patience. You should expect to spend extra time blending tricky shadow regions manually.

Moving up from the custom photo options, this dedicated animal kit wins my top spot because the high-contrast black and white fur creates foolproof guidelines. The subject matter keeps things visually striking without needing complex color theory.

I would rank this first for letterbox projects because the bold patches translate cleanly onto smaller templates. The limitation is simply that dog lovers are the primary audience here, though the painting technique transfers anywhere.

This kit gained massive popularity through its streamlined app integration, which lets you turn multiple snapshots into a multi-pack craft session. I wanted to see if the massive 60-color palette justified the hype, and the color variety definitely impresses.

In my opinion, getting four separate canvases provides unbeatable value for busy crafters. However, managing ten brushes and sixty tiny pots can quickly turn your workspace into a chaotic disaster zone.
